The bb is a solid product, but to me the app store is really the breaking point between the two. I love the fact that my phone can control my home stereo, control my apple tv, control my home, work and parents computer remotely, create and use a shockingly good grocery list, provide really solid video games, listen to the fan960 after a game and tune my guitar. Obviously that's not for everyone, but there are so many little apps that can fit almost any persons lifestyle.

Big dowsides to the phone in my eyes is that the email isn't awesome (yet in summer it will get a lot better) and rogers doesn't offer strong international plans (if you travel to the states a lot).
