Alright, IT IS TIME! There are a few "double" picks, same super hero name, but different person using the ring or wearing the costume. Not sure if this breaks your rule. But if it does I can always change it.

If you look up loose cannon in the dictionary there will be a picture of this kid. The Murderer of Connor Kent aka Superboy, the Anti-Monitor, and many, many others, this guy is as tough as they come. As if having all the powers of Superman wasn’t enough this bad ass was also loaded up with a Sinestro Corps ring and an anti-monitor replica suit which stores up solar energy from the yellow sun, eliminating any weakness when exposed to a red sun. Now that his universe is destroyed he has become obsessed with finding an Earth he can shape to reflect his own. There is yet to be anyone that can defeat him in one on one combat, and he has torn through multiple “Super” teams like the Teen Titans and Legion of Super Heroes in the past.

The daughter of the immortal and greatest warmonger the world has ever seen, Vandal Savage, Scandal is the lead informant of the Secret Six. Besides the gift of immortality, Scandal has honed her body into a deadly weapon mastering many forms of martial arts. She also possesses the infamous Lamentation Blades, a Savage family heirloom that act as an extension of the lethal weapon that is her body.

The adversary of Captain Marvel and the Marvel family, Black Adam is one of the heaviest hitters in the multiverse. He earned the favour of the Wizard Shazam through his passion for his home world, Khandaq, and gained the power of the gods by speaking the wizards name. To late did Shazam realise that Teth-Adam had a dark temper. Ultimately a villain and a murderer, Black Adam has no allegiances he only does what is necessary to protect Khandaq. He has fought on the side of good on some occasions against Superboy Prime and Alexander Luthor in Infinite Crisis and also recently fought alongside the last stand of Super Heroes in an all out assault against Darksieds forces gathered in Bludhaven.

Bart Allen aka Kid Flash

Bart Allen is the great grandson, and originated as the sidekick, of legendary hero Barry Allen aka The Flash. Through out his life he proved he was a top sidekick including one incident during Infinite Crisis, with the help of Wally West and Jay Garick, Bart was able to subdue Superboy Prime by trapping him in the speed force. Recently Kid Flash was killed by Inertia (his evil clone) and The Rogues, but has returned to action in the 31st century to help the Legion of Super Heroes take down Superboy Prime.

Offered a ring by Hal Jordan, Batman was given the opportunity to get over the death of his parents. He revealed to Jordan that although he appreciated the offer, he was not quite yet ready to do so. Although short lived, the concept was bad ass. It was revealed in Countdown: Arena however that there would be a Batman from a parallel universe that would take up the ring after the death of that earths Hal Jordan and excel in the role as protector of space sector 2814.
