Sorry to detract from the topic, but I've seen the Checkstop van at other "kiddie" events around town, and I can't help but wonder...
Why???
Do kids actually enjoy seeing this thing? Does it somehow make the event more fun? Do they actually get anything out of it?
Can't imagine my daughter being anything but intimidated by the whole idea.
All that said, I just may drop by. I'll bring my daughter and have my own questions answered for me, I guess.
