Couple all of that with the fact that this team carried very little in the way of expectations going into this season, and it's very clear that Lowry, indeed, got screwed.

The Hitmen have a lot more talent than the Blades do so they should have a better record.
Coaching awards aren't given out to who had the best record but who did the best coaching job. Considering the talent each team had and hwo they finished up yes Lowry wasn't that much better.
Hitmen fans can whine all they want the fact is Molleken is a deserving finalist and even though Lowry is likely a little more deserving the gap between the coaching jobs each did is nowhere near the level that Lowry got screwed.
