Default Question on Schooling

Hi gang,

I need to solicit the advice from the diversified minds on CP.

I'm at a stage in my life where I'm highly interested in going back to school. I finished my undergraduate in 2006, and got my commerce degree. Since then, I've just been working (and traveling), but now I'm looking to get serious about my next degree. Problem is, I'm torn as to what to do. I've been interested the past year or so in doing my MBA with a focus in sports administration, and it has really intruiged me. That's kind of the area where I want to go into eventually (or if that fails, some kind of business position in technology or urban development).

Lately though, I've been thinking (and hearing from other people) that law would a better area of study for me in general. Since I already have a commerce degree, I've heard that the MBA route is a little bit redundant considering this. I flew down to the school of my choice last year and really liked what I saw; however, it may be a bit on the easy side me thinks. The internship after the one year of fulltime schooling is what really intrigues me.

I'm not sure which route to go - I can probably get into sports administration (or whatever) either way eventually, but a) if I'm going to write entrance exams and get back into school I want to do this right right from the beginning , and b) I want flexibility with my degrees in the end. Law school would be harder, and I don't know if I'd get in, but I know the effort would be worth it. I'm just about 26, and really not sure what direction to take.

What would be the better overall route in the long-run?

Thank you for your responses... I will try to check this when I can, but the internetz are pretty bad here in Nagoya, Japan.

Thanks guys (and gals)!
