FOr sure! That spoiler on my 110horsepower hybrid keeps my car glued to the ground, so much that i don't need winter tires in Calgary. hehe
I'm just saying that if you are going to buy a spoiler for your Neon, get one with a light. They aren't that expensive on ebay.
