DVA has really dropped the ball here. If that department wants to remain relevant after the next decade when there are no more remaining members of "the greatest generation", they need to refocus on how to best serve the needs of veterans from more recent conflicts.

And it also sounds like some have actually had to sue the department to try and get benefits.
This time it is Department of Veteran Affairs of Canada that has to apologize to our veterans, not the USA.
