Yeah I would agree with this. I bought a computer from dell going on 2 years ago. I have never had to use the rescue disk, to be honest I've never had a problem with vista. I use my computer a lot, so I know my way around it, so maybe that helps. I also shut off that annoying window that pops up whenever you want to do something. I don't remember what it used to say, but it seemed to come up when you wanted to install something or delete something and it would ask if you were sure, or for permission.. Talk about annoying.
My gf has a mac. It's not bad, but I don't get why everyone is so in love with them. I'd take my computer over a mac..
