I'm not disputing that there have been other good episodes -- all of the examples you listed certainly qualify (I'd put Ressurection Ship Parts I and II on that list as well). For my money, though, the very best episode they ever made (barring the finale which I have not yet seen) was
33. It set the high water mark for the series, and it's unfortunate that they've never been able to reach that level again.
