I drive an 2004 Chevrolet Impala SS 3.8L V6 Supercharged, and if I hypermile it, I can get 25 or 26 MPG. Right in around the 9-9.5L/100 km mark which I think is pretty damn good for a car of that weight and with that much power. So if i'm getting similar numbers to a Ford Focus, and I can still have my supercharger, i'm laughin. Although I do pay for high test fuel.

But once summer comes and I get my summer tires on, hypermiling usually goes out the window. I like to hear the exhaust rumble and the supercharger whine. Screw these sissy 4 cylinder tin cans.
