Hey all. I have my rough draft for my floor plan. Before I give the architect the go ahead to make the final draft I want to make sure I have looked at it very carefully so that I am not missing something.
It is a walkout basement. The directions on top of the plans are not correct. The back will face the SW and the front will face the NE.
Give me your opinion and any criticisms that you may have. I don't want any mistakes that I might regret.
There are a few things that I have already decided that I want to change.
I want a french door into the office. And I may want to widen the laundry area in the basement by 1-2 feet.
