In summary:

In-app purchase - This is one of those things that probably won't click with me until I start to use it. My guess many devs will use it really well and many will use it just horribly. Not too concerned though as the ones that don't use it properly will get hammered in the reviews

peer to peer - I'm sure this will come in handy, but again this seems to be something that I may have to experience to appreciate. Aren't there apps that connect devices on the same network already?

accessories - Very cool. I am really looking forward to accessories being sold that have a dedicated app. This to me opens up a whole new world of options for people that want to get into the mix.

Maps - I'm a huge maps user so the addition of turn-by-turn gets me excited. There was no mention of voice activity was there? I'd like the idea of not having to look at my phone as much as I currently do.

push notifications - Sure it isn't multiple apps running at the same time, but if what he said was true (80% decrease in battery life) then I'm on board with push. I haven't had the problems with push and apple that others have had, so I'm interested to see how this works. I have many apps (ie tweetie, google talk) that would probably become 10x more useful with push notification instead of having to open them up to refresh.

cut/copy/paste
- Finally. Overdue but welcomed. I often have to use my phone to edit websites as I'm on the ctrain for a long period of each day. I can't tell you how many times I've almost lost my head trying to type out long lines of html. This will be a life saver.

landscape - Truthfully not a big landscape user. my hand size works really well with the portait view. I'm sure it'll come in handy the odd time, but nothing I've been wishing for.

messages: Very cool. I've been emailing photos a lot lately and this will help greatly.

Voice Memos: I had an app to do this (well ... kind of do this) and I found it was never used. Perhaps this will be different.

Calendar with support for CalDAV: I'm more excited for the subscription calendars later in the year, but I suppose this will be cool. Truthfully I'm not sure how it will be used in my house.

new Stock app - moving on ....

Search: Just this morning I was pissed that I had to start up my computer to search out an email.

Spotlight: One of the best things about macs in my opinion. Greatly looking forward to this. the google mobile app kinda sorta does this, but for whatever reason I just don't find it overly useful. Pumped to give this a spin.
