What I've been thinking about is that it would truly suck to be Spider-Man and live someone like rural Alberta/Sask. He is lucky that he lives in NYC where there are plenty of tall buildings. I can only think about how many times it could be fun to web from the barn to the shed & back.
Can you imagine Batman in New York?

The batmobile stuck in rush hour traffic... now that would be something.
