I get that part of it, I really do. But it's clearly McDaniels inability to make it clear that Cutler is his guy that has caused this entire mess. Seriously, he's an idiot if he thought Cassell at $14M is a better option. You can't get around that.
I'm not a fan of how Cutler has handled it, but he had every right to be upset in the beginning.
McDaniels has come off like a huge egomaniac who can't get away from his past.
He's as big a tool, and maybe bigger IMO.
