Yes it does exist and you can bet in the future they will be in company cars, city vehicles and on and on. All kinds of security technology exists and will IMO migrate more and more to being a standard part of life. For example to enter a school coupled with the standard metal detector will be face recognition tech, or fingerprint recognition etc. Justification will be a few more shooting incidents.
To start up your vehicle you need recognition security, then drug/alchohol testing and wherever you go is recorded(for use by the police and for companies to know your spending habits).
I don't see an end to this slope.
