smithtofuhr86: I feel the same way about the Calgary Property assessment but to answer your question we're selling the home in the area of $50,000 below what the city has assessed it at.
troutman: good idea, that Ranger flag needs to come down, especially since it's a Messier! I know you can't see in that picture but I do have the Flames "Beat them in the Alley" team poster up over the couch. That was a classic not because it had Fleury, Macinnis, vernon, Suter, Nieuwy, in the picture but because it had some infamous Flames on that team like Roger Johannson, Greg Smyth, CJ Young, Chris Dahl among others. You have to give me credit for having a Flames "Bubba Can" in picture on the fridge!
