So I bought a new notebook, HP550, 4GB Ram, Vista Home Basic and the damn thing keeps feezing when I wake it up from sleeping mode or from "screensaver mode." There is a 50/50 chance of that happening, sometimes the screen (browser usualy) goes very pale (its like looking at the screen through a white sheet of paper). The only programs running are Firefox, utorrent and Eset smart security.

Help would be sooo appreciated cause I am going crazy here. Thanks.

PS I should add that it never freezes when I am working on it.
