LOL reminds me of my wife. I'll arrive home and she will tell me she had trouble with some(insert company etc.) dufus. I'll phone up and not even have to raise my voice and it's solved. Perhaps it's because I find it very hard to disguise contempt/anger in my voice and it comes through before I actually have to get angry.
