Charlie and the Chocolate Factory starring Johnny Depp opens soon, I'm pretty excited to see this film, it looks amazing.

how was Depp going to play Wonka? No matter what one thinks of the 1971 film, Wilder played the candy man with an avuncular weirdness and a real warmth. Depp, never one to imitate, had to take a different path. First, he and Burton chose to give Wonka a backstory, making him the son of a dentist, who—because he never got to eat sweets—became estranged from his father and obsessed with candy. Over the years, Wonka has become not just reclusive, but almost autistic in his inability to connect with others. "He's not a father figure—he's a mess," Burton says. "There are lots of people who are geniuses in one area, but have complete deficiencies in other areas of their lives."
This next bit of news is for Transplant.. the Pink Panther film has been delayed yet again.

Sony Pictures has once again changed the release date for The Pink Panther. The Shawn Levy-directed comedy remake, starring Steve Martin, Kevin Kline, Beyoncé Knowles and Jean Reno, will now open on February 10, 2006.
Both would be great movies to see, but not one I'd pay the $10 for. (Wow am I ever sounding cheap here)

I'll definatly have to watch both, but I'll probably have to wait until it comes out at the $2 theator

The thing that makes these movies great is it gives you chance to go back to when you were in grade 6. Personally, a real stress reliver to just sit back and enjoy it like you did in elementary school
