Bose in ear headphones. They are usually around $130, but sometimes on sale for around $100.
By far the best in ear headphones I've every used. Amazing sound, great bass, extremely comfortable and isolate noise very well. I've tried Shures, JLs, and Sennheisers in that price range and found Bose were by far the best.

I wouldn't even think about changing to anything else unless I was trying to save $$.
