I''m a huge fan of the way it is with DST only being in the summer. In December, I'd much rather the sun not rise at 9:30am, only for it to be down by the time I get home from work anyway. (If DST was in effect year round). And we clearly need DST, because who wants an hour of sunlight between 4:30 and 5:30 am, instead of 9-10 pm?

Keep everything the way it is please.
