There is an ongoing misunderstanding that mental illness isn't a real medical disease.

This guy is not going to one day just 'break out of it' and walk around as a normal happy citizen of the world. Its clear to the medical and psychiatric community that some humans are diseased humans when it comes to their brain, and because of that we do understand those individuals are obviously dangerous and not in control of their faculties.

This guy should be in a mental institution for the rest of his life, and to briefly speak on this we need to be much more open and aggressive as a society to deal and help people with mental disorders. Mental disorders represent numbers higher than heart disease or cancer, yes its different and not as 'fatal' but these people are still in need of professional help.
