for the first half of the baseball proposal all I could think about was

can they videotape in Yankee Stadium?
have they paid MLB for the expressed written consent to rebroadcast parts of the ball game?

then the proposal, where I couldn't stop laughing. I almost feel bad for the guy, but he's a Mariner's fan so . . . yeah.
