Have a look over at digitalhome.ca and the *C forums there, but IIRC the issues with their hardware was problems with the HDPVR. That was a while ago, so double check.

Yeah, the StarChoice HDPVR, by all accounts, sucks. But I hear it's getting a firmware update that should help with the dual tuner functionality. Of course, when you get it for the price I did and picture quality is the best, you can live with an inferior PVR... now I just need them to hook it up. First installer said it wouldn't have line of sight but I'm pretty sure it will. So I'm rebooked for Friday. *fingers crossed*
