whether you're with Shaw or Starchoice, if you call customer service you'll be talking to someone in the big building on Barlow trail (if you're in Calgary). customer service is stressed quite heavily company wide, and both Shaw/Star Choice follow the same guidelines on staff coaching and training. it all just depends on the person you get on the phone, though if you get a bad experience supervisor escalations are taken quite seriously
