As for hardware, Bell has a HD reciever for $200 which can become a PVR with the addition of an external Hard Drive.
As for service, Bell are lying liars so try to get everything in writing and save any deals they offer and take names and numbers.

I have a 6141 HD receiver with Bell. Does all it take to upgrade it to a PVR is just buy any External HD?
