DESS, the city is considering rezoning the dog park near the airport for commercial development. You should come to the open house sessions and raise your opinions. I'll be there to voice my opinion to keep the entire area (or at least some of it) open to dogs. These are the sessions:

March 4, 2009, 4:30pm-8:00pm
Balzac Community Hall
Highway 566, Balzac

or

March 5, 2009, 4:30pm-8:00pm
Rocky Mountain Rooms A & B,
Radisson Hotel Calgary Airport,
2120 - 16th Ave N.E., Calgary
