if you get sick of all the noise in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh, fly down to Nha trang, its around 50 bucks for a one way ticket in nha trang they have beautiful beaches with fine and clean sand and clear ocean water youll see a lot of tourist travel down there and theres quite a few things you can do down there but id say a week is enough in nha trang
