Just an update guys. Mazda, their service manager, actually called me up this afternoon to discuss my issues. He was not very pleased with the way myself and my car have been handled. They are going to make sure everything is made right, and never want to see something like this happen again. He was a very nice man and I am more than pleased with his response. He obviously would have preferred if I had contacted him personally, but was very understanding (I would have contacted him personally but I had some bad experiences in the past. Obviously Kramer now has way better people in place).
So, Kramer Mazda is A-OK with me on a go forward basis and if I continue to receive such future in the service I would definitely purchase another car there because as I said in a previous post, there have been no issues with the car itself.
