All that was being done was to inform Kramer Mazda that they have a problem with one of their current customers, who at the moment, is extemely unhappy with Kramer Mazda. It was also letting Kramer Mazda know that his complaint is being read, and commented on, by members of CP.
I understand Jiri, where you are coming from, but in this case I think you are over reacting. By advising Kramer Mazda of the problem, it is giving them the opportunity to respond to the complainant(s).

Its not your place to decide what risks this site can take on unless you are prepared to pay for any costs that come out of it. Are you?
You directly involved calgarypuck in your email in the dispute by implying that by not satisfying their customer they would face some sorts of backlash from this community and lose customers.
I dont know how we can be anymore clear. Leave us out of it.
