All that was being done was to inform Kramer Mazda that they have a problem with one of their current customers, who at the moment, is extemely unhappy with Kramer Mazda. It was also letting Kramer Mazda know that his complaint is being read, and commented on, by members of CP.

I understand Jiri, where you are coming from, but in this case I think you are over reacting. By advising Kramer Mazda of the problem, it is giving them the opportunity to respond to the complainant(s).
Why do you need to mention CP in your email? Can't you just describe it as a "very popular local hockey forum" or something?
