My advice to you is pay before travel (just go to a CPS station and ask them to check your name because you might have forgot to pay a transit ticket a while back but aren't sure)! If there is no warrant, your golden. If there is, you pay there. Then travel with your receipt because CPIC is not updated instantly and the old warrant may stay on there for a while).

That is completely dependent on what type of warrant you have.
