Depends on what you want to do.
For an ultra lounge Crave is the place to go.
There are a lot of good places in the club district on Dewdney.
If you want a club my uncle owns Gabbos. Not a bad place. Sometimes you can get a night when there are nothing but females stacking the place. It is usually dead until about 12 though. Fairly cheap drinks.
There is a place called Bushwackers that is great. Sort of like Brewsters or Bottlescrew Bills.
Another place called The Pumphouse I think. Not the Pump that is a lame barn like club. It is downtown.
As for non drinking entertainment you are pretty limited to the Science Centre, RCMP museum and maybe another museum or art gallery that I'm sure you could find from a Regina tourist site.
As for drinking remember they are a bunch of dirty socialists so buy your beer early because most of it will be warm and you will have to pay extra to get it at an offsale place after about 10pm. That and they have very few liquor stores because they are all government owned.
