Not enough homes are metered, and they would have to send someone out to check the metres now, and compare to what they read once the price hike is cancelled.

As for the restrictions, it could be worse. Passing through Drayton Valley yesterday, they were on a boil water alert. None of the resteraunts could even serve fountain drinks. The McDonalds up there sent a couple employees to go buy canned pop to serve.
