The thing is, I don't work 40 hours a week and then have the time to dedicate playing a computer game to freaking "perfection". For me, it's just escapism and having fun. For too many, it has become a "real life" situation and I am far to casual of a player to get to 80 if that is what it takes.
I do enjoy the grind though, when it is less competetive. My latest incarnation is a Tauren Druid. We'll see, maybe by the time I am at level 60, I won't mind how intense it gets.

**** 'em in my opinion. It's all about finding a casual raiding guild. You get all the progression of a regular guild, but at a slower pace and no one is critical. The critical people usually end up leaving because people don't realize how srs WoW is.
