Since there are not many Female Heroes that come to mind I will go with Ororo Monroe (aka STORM).

Ororo Monroe is the descendant of an ancient line of African priestesses, all of whom have white hair, blue eyes, and the potential to wield magic.

First Appearance
Giant-Size X-Men #1 (1975)

Storm is one of the most frequently used X-Men, having appeared in most of the comic books, all of animated television series, nearly all of the video games, and the live action 20th Century Fox X-Men film series.
