All this talk in the States about decreasing independence on oil from unfriendly nations but they also don't want out 'dirty' Alberta oil.

I read somewhere (I will see if I can find the article) that sales of these environmentally friendly hybrid cars are down 50% since the drop in the price of gas. That demonstrates to me the actual desires of the people of America.
