Hearings resume on Monday. Interestingly, The Score and the NHL are scheduled to appear on March 9.
Looking at the agenda, it's not really surprising but I don't see anyone there to represent the interests of the end-user. People like you and me who, no matter how the hearing turns out, are going to bear the burden of any ISP levy/tax the CRTC decides to put in place to fund Collin Mochrie's latest project. I can't help but think if Joe Blow made an appearance he would probably make it known that he'd rather have access to Hulu in Canada than fund a French short film.
