I have always said Vancouver is the worst city in Canada. Now the rest of the world is getting to see it for what it is.
The scary part is if they kill or arrest one, they say 3 more join the gang. It gives the people something to rally around and get more members.
Sad stuff, 2010 should be funny to watch from my little island over here
