Well think about it, if he gets on average 1$ per red light, and the light cycles once every 2 minutes, his sign is making him 30$ a hour, and i'm gonna go out on a limp and suggest he isn't reporting his income
Yeah the working conditions suck but gotta pay the bills somehow, might have to let the facial hair go for a few days and hit some of the intersections near by
