I was thinking about starting a thread about fat.
But, that would probably turn people off. Considering 'fat' has gotten a bad name for over 40 years now. Too bad, considering there is absolutely no science behind the belief that saturated fat causes heart disease, or any other kind of disease....besides the skinny ailment that is.
