6 g of protein, 75 calories, 3 g of fat.....all in that small little thing called an egg.

Eat 10 of those per day, for a total of 63g of protein, 30g of fat, 750 calories. More bang for your buck than any protein shake will ever give you.

Eat 20 of those per day, and you're looking at 126g of protein, 60g of fat, 1500 calories. Probably not healthy, but man, I didn't realize just how much you can supplement your diet with by eating eggs.

Got this small little tool, where you open the egg, pour it into the a bowl like thing, stick in the microwave for 50 seconds, and bang, 12g of protein right there.

I'm a genius.
