Saw Slumdog Millionaire tonight...I thought it was ok.
The music was good and well integrated but I didn't really connect with the characters and found the plot to be too stretched out. It covered such a wide swath of the lead character's life that it didn't really give the audience a chance to see any depth as to who he was. Seemed kinda flat. Also the editing (while slick and stylized) made the film feel rather disjointed and took away from the plot rather than enhance it.
Gave it 3 stars out of 5.
