Yeah, I've actually never done a jihad before (usually because its for something nominal and doesn't really justify a jihad) but I thought this was a great opportunity to try and help a friend out. I'd certainly have zero shame coming on here and 'begging' for votes if i was in this position.
As for when the votes end, I'm not sure. But I'll let you guys know how it ends up.
