If this video is not a video of a man lighting himself on fire, then I clearly was mistaken in my objection. I was only going by what the OP said in the title - "

Edit: After watching it, I totally withdraw any complaints about the post other than the thread title, which probably should have read: - "
Small fire seen in distance with people moving nearby"
