Who did he spit at again? I wonder if he could sue Alomar for attempted murder?

The suit definatelty has merits. He repeatedly refused to get tested even though there was signs and that he was told by doctors to get tested. He told her he wasnt infected when he convinced her to go in without the rain coat.
