Almonds have a ton of good fat in them, the turkey bacon has fat, and I usually eat a supplement bar every day that has fat in it.
I'm definitely getting fat in my diet. I'm just cutting out the bad fat. I eat low fat cheese, but it is still loaded with fat.
Actually, I designed that off the p90x diet guide for the first phase. So yes, basically it's telling me to eat like that.
