it is a full 90 day schedule of workouts and diet. pencil in about 1-1.5 hours a day for 3 months.
things you will need:
- weights, either a set or adjustable 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 pound is good enough. you may need more if you want more bulk or if you are Jarome Iginla. or substitute with power bands
- pull-up bar, either a door frame or free standing pull up structure. if you go with door frame kind, i recommend the BeachBody one they sell which allows you to do wide grip (Iron Gym will not give you a wide grip) can use bands, but you will need a place up high to 'loop' it
- heart rate monitor, to know you are in the "zone"
- yoga mat/yoga block
that is about it. other than a chair, towel, paper plate...which you should have.
