Two of the things I'm a little concerned about are that now she has some of our personal info, and also, it says on the application that it is a legally binding document and to consult legal advice if it's not understood. I wonder what it means by legally binding? I don't want her to come to us in a month or two and say we're responsible for the rent when she has been completely ignoring us. I kept my emails to her though and I have still not gotten a response.
On a side note, found another house in the area that we really like. Will be setting up an appointment soon to go see it.
