It certainly is intimidating going to a gym, and not really knowing what to do. Even if you read all about the 'lift' back home on the internet, it takes a lot of time to perfect it. And asking one of the trainers there to help you costs you money.

So, either you buy the equipment and learn the lifts at home by yourself, or you follow a program like this. Might be a different method, but it has good results.
